Waste of money

After being unable to create an account, I contact the developer. He fixed that issue. But asked me what my password would be. There should be no need to sign in or have an account just to look for meetings.
When I finally was able to get in and use the app, it was useless. All I can see is a few meetings around Ohio. I live in NC. There is no place for me to edit my location.
Not user friendly and complete useless app.
How do I get a refund?
